When we attended the last Republican conference on March 1st (our bad, we had the date wrong, which Rick had to specifically point out), we were surprised to see a few attendees that seemed to be trying to take over the entire conference. They even attempted to stall the meeting, hoping members would leave so that they could win votes on some topics. They failed. We’ve uncovered who they are financed by, here they are, for the world to see.

Now, the first question is, why are these people so interested in taking over the republican party in Stokes County? Well, they financed the campaigns of Commissioners Morris, Chandler, and Wood, and we are trying to get to the bottom of why there is such a divide in the party.
We had a call with Horace to get his opinion on the outcome of the Francisco school endeavor. We consider his opinion to be the real deal, so we have modified this website accordingly.
He is generally happy with the progress that he has seen so far. He explained that the cabinet company did indeed fold and that Mr. Black is trying hard to get additional people into the facility. I’m pretty pleased with that call, it alleviated some of my concerns on what the company is doing.
We have the letter from the tax office to Black. The value of the property is at $540,000 as of 2018.

We drove past the school yesterday and there were trucks there, it looked like they were just unloading stuff to store it at the school. So, he’s using it for storage possibly as well.
